  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup green onions diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 2 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Teriyaki Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic garlic

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

  • While meatballs are cooking, whisk together sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened; remove from heat.

Would not make this again as it Lacked flavor. Also I didn’t know how much to weigh each meatball so it was hard to divide equally into 36 meatballs

These were a hit for my family. Tons of flavor and easy to make. Served with rice. I ended up making larger meatballs and only made 26.
