These are recipes we and thousands of others have used to feed their families and hit their fitness goals. Each recipe is macro & family-friendly and we’re sure you’ll love them. Oh and we almost forgot, each recipe is logged in My Fitness Pal to make it that much easier for you to track your macros.

This cookbook is jam-packed with delicious and nutritious recipes. You’ll find the following inside:

  • 16 breakfast recipes –  pancakes, waffles, breakfast braids, and more
  • 15 lunch recipes – paninis, chicken salad, pita pizzas, wraps, etc
  • 40 dinner recipes – sliders, strombolis, pastas, enchiladas, and then some
  • 15 side dish recipes – veggies, potatoes, cornbread, and coleslaw just to name a few
  • 15 snack recipes – cookies, trifle, ice cream, popcorn and we’re just getting started

**The digital copies can be downloaded in two different formats. The eReader format (.epub) needs to be opened in a reader app (ie Books, Freda, Google Play Books, etc) but it provides a much better reading and navigation experience. The PDF file is easier to open but it’s a much larger file size and isn’t as well formatted (especially on mobile devices.)
