HOW DO I CALCULATE MY MACROS?
First of all, you don’t have to be tracking macros to use our meal plans. That being said, we don’t claim to be macros or fitness experts. Our goal is to be the top resource for easy, delicious macro-friendly recipes to help you on your journey. There are a ton of resources available to help you determine your macros depending on your fitness and lifestyle goals. Some that we’ve had success with are as follows:

HOW DO I USE THE MEAL PLANS?
The first Friday of every month we will publish the new meal plan recipes. The best way to use them is on our website.
You can log into your account (macrofriendlyfood.com/my-account) and from there click on the “Downloads” button to view the meal plans available to you based on your subscription(s).
We’ve included 4 weeks worth of meal planners that you can fill out. This way you can select which recipes you want to make each week and stay organized.
We’ve also created 4 shopping list pages that are organized by category (ie produce, dry goods, meat, etc).
You can download, save and/or print the meal plans.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE MEAL PLANS?
You will have full access to all the meal plans that are published from the time you sign up until the time you cancel. You can access any of the meal plans that are available to you during your subscription. It doesn’t matter how much time has passed, you can always go back and look at an old meal plan. Once your subscription has ended you will no longer have access to the meal plans on the website, but you are welcome to use any meal plans you downloaded are printed during your active subscription.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards. Your security is very important to us. Our website is fully encrypted with the latest SSL standards. We never store any payment information on our website or servers. All payments are run through Stripe. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a highest level of security.
IS THERE ONLY A DINNERTIME MEAL PLAN?
Our main meal plan is geared toward family dinnertime, but we also have an annual plan for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. It can be purchased separately or added to your monthly meal plan subscription.
AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?
We currently offer two subscription billing intervals, monthly and quarterly. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will go into “pending cancellation” until the end of your billing period (monthly or quarterly.) At the end of your billing period, your subscription will not renew and you will no longer have access to the meal plans in your account.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I PLAN TO SPEND ON GROCERIES?
There are a lot of factors that play into how much you’ll spend on groceries (ie how many meals you plan to make, what brands, quantities of ingredients, what you already have in your pantry, etc). We try to include budget-friendly ingredients as well as ingredients that are readily available at most grocery stores. However, if you make 8-10 recipes per week from our Macro Friendly Meal Plans your groceries should be approximately $150.00 – $180.00. For the Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks plan it totally depends on if you are making these meals for the whole family, but assuming you’ll be doing breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the whole family, you should be right around $80.00-$100.00 for groceries. If it’s mostly just one or two of you eating the breakfast, lunch, and snack recipes then your groceries will cost less.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL THESE MEALS FEED?
The Macro Friendly Meal Plans are meant to feed 6-8 people. The breakfast, lunch, and snack recipes are individually portioned. So you can adjust them to feed as many people as you want.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY WEEKLY MEAL PLAN EMAIL?
You should receive a weekly meal plan email each Friday. If it’s not in your inbox, spam/junk, or promotional folder please reach out to us at email@example.com. Additionally, we recommend adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts and/or list of approved senders to ensure that our emails make it to your inbox.
CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION BILLING LENGTH?
You can easily switch the billing period of your subscription with these easy steps: Login to your account Click “view” next to your subscription Click “switch billing period” It will take you through the checkout process (this is normal) Select the billing period that you want Complete the checkout process You will not be billed for your new subscription billing period until your current billing period has finished (ex. If you signed up for a monthly subscription on Jan 3rd. and switched to a 3 month subscription on Jan. 15th, your 3 month subscription would not begin until Feb 3rd. One month after your current billing cycle began.)
