Things people ask before signing up
What equipment do I need?
It depends on the track. The Women’s Gym and Men’s Gym tracks are designed for a standard gym setup – barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines. The Women’s At-Home track is programmed for minimal equipment: dumbbells and resistance bands cover most of it. All three tracks include video tutorials so you always know exactly what you’re doing.
How many days per week do I work out?
5 new workouts are released each week, but the programming accounts for rest and recovery. You don’t have to complete all 5 – the schedule is designed to be flexible. The app’s calendar view shows your week ahead so you can plan around your life.
I’m a beginner. Is this too advanced?
The video tutorials for every exercise make it accessible even if you’re new to weight training. The progressive programming also means you start at a reasonable place and build from there. Most members find it challenging but approachable – and the video demos remove the intimidation factor completely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What’s the bundle with MFF App?

How does it work after I sign up?
You’ll get login details by email right after purchase. That gets you into the Daily Lift app where your track and current week’s workouts are waiting. Your first week of workouts begins on the Monday after you sign up. New workouts release every week from there. If you ever have questions, reach out – we respond to every email.
