Ingredients

  • 5 ounces spring salad mix
  • 5 ounces sliced cucumber
  • 2 ounces sliced red onion
  • 3 ounces matchstick carrots
  • 3 ounces halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 ounces reduced-fat feta cheese
  • Preferred salad dressing not included in nutrition information

Instructions

  • Place an empty bowl on a scale, and turn scale on to zero out.
  • Add spring salad mix, cucumber, red onion, carrots, tomatoes and feta.
  • Toss and refrigerate until serving.
  • Serve with salad dressing of your choice.
