Breakfast Pita Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon red bell pepper diced
- 1 Tablespoon green bell pepper diced
- 1 Tablespoon yellow onion diced
- 1 ounce cooked ham diced
- 4 egg whites
- 1 Papa Pita White Greek Pita Flat Bread
- 1 Laughing Cow Creamy Light Cheese Wedge
- 1 Tablespoon shredded Mexican blend cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray a skillet over medium-high heat with nonstick cooking spray and sauté peppers, onion and ham until vegetables are tender.
- Add egg whites and gently stir until cooked through; set aside.
- Place pita in an oven-safe baking dish and spread cheese wedge on top.
- Top pita with egg mixture and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
