Vanilla Overnight Oats

- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (25 gram) scoop vanilla protein powder
- Toppings not included in nutrition information.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6-8 hours).
- When ready to eat, top with fruit, honey, etc.
