Breakfast Pita Pizza

  • 1 Tablespoon red bell pepper diced
  • 1 Tablespoon green bell pepper diced
  • 1 Tablespoon yellow onion diced
  • 1 ounce cooked ham diced
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 Papa Pita White Greek Pita Flat Bread
  • 1 Laughing Cow Creamy Light Cheese Wedge
  • 1 Tablespoon shredded Mexican blend cheese


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Spray a skillet over medium-high heat with nonstick cooking spray and sauté peppers, onion and ham until vegetables are tender.
  • Add egg whites and gently stir until cooked through; set aside.
  • Place pita in an oven-safe baking dish and spread cheese wedge on top.
  • Top pita with egg mixture and shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
