Turkey Cranberry Salad

- 3 cups spring salad mix
- 3 ounces deli sliced turkey diced
- 2 Tablespoons reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tablespoons 50% Less Sugar Craisins
- 2 Tablespoons Ken’s Light Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette
- Place salad in bowl.
- Top with turkey, mozzarella, and Craisins.
- Add dressing and toss before serving.
