Turkey Cranberry Panini

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Dave's Killer Thin Sliced White Bread
  • 1 Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese Wedge
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 4 ounces sliced deli turkey
  • 1 Tablespoon whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Spread cheese wedge on top of each slice of bread.
  • Top with spinach, turkey and cranberry sauce and remaining slice of bread.
  • Place sandwich on a panini press or griddle for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Flip halfway through cooking if using a griddle.
