S’mores Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Marshmallow Bits
  • 2 (25 gram) scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 (10 gram) scoops Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides
  • 1/4 cup Enjoy Life Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or using a stand mixer.
  • Roll into 20 balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
