After signing up you will receive an email with your login information. This will give you access to your account on macrofriendlyfood.com and our meal planning app at macrofriendlyfood.app.
In addition to the app, you’ll also receive at least 12 new recipes every month. The recipes will be added to the app for you to use and they’ll also be emailed out as a PDF for those who prefer to print. The two most recent month’s recipes can be found in the downloads area of your account on our website at macrofriendlyfood.com/my-account/downloads.
We highly recommend adding our email address, [email protected], to your email contacts to ensure that our emails hit your inbox. If you have any questions or need help with anything please reach out via email.
