- 12 ounces fresh pineapple diced
- 4 ounces red bell pepper diced
- 2 ounces red onion diced
- 1 ounce jalapeño pepper seeded and diced
- 3 Tablespoons lime juice
- 3 Tablespoons cilantro chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Cover and store in refrigerator before serving.
