Pear and Pomegranate Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- Salad:
- 8 ounces baby spinach
- 3 ounces pomegranate arils
- 1 ounce feta cheese crumbles
- 5 ounces bartlett pears sliced
- 6 slices Fully Cooked Original Hormel Bacon
- 1 ounce red onion thinly sliced
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Toss salad in dressing before serving.
