Pear and Pomegranate Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 8 ounces baby spinach
  • 3 ounces pomegranate arils
  • 1 ounce feta cheese crumbles
  • 5 ounces bartlett pears sliced
  • 6 slices Fully Cooked Original Hormel Bacon
  • 1 ounce red onion thinly sliced
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Toss salad in dressing before serving.
