Jalepeño Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces 1/3-less fat cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup light sour cream
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and minced
  • 6 slices Hormel Original Precooked Bacon reheated and crumbled
  • 1 3/4 cups reduced-fat shredded Mexican blend cheese divided
  • Tortilla chips or crostini optional (log separately)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Fold in jalapeño, bacon and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
  • Spread mixture in an even layer in an oven safe skillet or baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or crostini (log separately).

    My husband wasn’t going to try this one, but he was so glad he did. Very yummy! I used a can of diced jalapeños because I was feeling lazy and it turned out well. The bacon is 👍🏻
