Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Fold in jalapeño, bacon and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
Spread mixture in an even layer in an oven safe skillet or baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips or crostini (log separately).
