Churro Protein Waffles
- 3 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes Mix
- 3 (25 gram) scoops whey snickerdoodle or similar protein powder
- 2 cups water
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light melted
- 2/3 cup Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
- Whisk all waffle ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour into a preheated and greased waffle iron, using 1/3 cup for each waffle.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes or until waffles are golden brown.
- Melt butter in a shallow dish; set aside. Mix Truvia and cinnamon in a shallow dish; set aside.
- Immediately after cooking, dip or brush each side of the waffle with melted butter then sprinkle Truvia mixture on both sides.
- Serve with sugar-free caramel, chocolate or maple syrup (not included in nutrition info)
