Chicken Bacon Artichoke Pita Pizza

- 1 Papa Pita White Greek Flatbread Pita
- 1 Laughing Cow Creamy Aged Bacon Wedge
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella
- 3 ounces cooked chicken diced
- 1 slice fully cooked bacon diced
- 4 artichoke hearts diced
- 1 Tablespoon tomato diced
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley for garnish
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place pita in an oven safe baking dish and spread cheese wedge on top.
- Top with shredded mozzarella, chicken, bacon, artichoke hearts and diced tomato.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
