Jalepeño Popper Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces 1/3-less fat cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 jalapeños seeded and minced
- 6 slices Hormel Original Precooked Bacon reheated and crumbled
- 1 3/4 cups reduced-fat shredded Mexican blend cheese divided
- Tortilla chips or crostini optional (log separately)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Fold in jalapeño, bacon and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
- Spread mixture in an even layer in an oven safe skillet or baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crostini (log separately).

My husband wasn’t going to try this one, but he was so glad he did. Very yummy! I used a can of diced jalapeños because I was feeling lazy and it turned out well. The bacon is 👍🏻
