Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 corn tortillas

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Spread sliced steak, bell peppers and onion on a large baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top and toss to coat evenly.
  • In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and paprika.
  • Sprinkle seasoning mix over meat and vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until meat has reached desired doneness and vegetables are soft.
  • Serve on tortillas and top with desired toppings.

    These were all right. I like the idea of making them in a sheet pan, but they didnโ€™t have enough flavor for me. I also couldnโ€™t find them anywhere on MyFitnessPal.

    The meat was tender and it was pretty good but yeah no serving size and not in the app. So thatโ€™s frustrating.
