Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 pounds flank steak thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 corn tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spread sliced steak, bell peppers and onion on a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and toss to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and paprika.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix over meat and vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until meat has reached desired doneness and vegetables are soft.
- Serve on tortillas and top with desired toppings.

These were all right. I like the idea of making them in a sheet pan, but they didn’t have enough flavor for me. I also couldn’t find them anywhere on MyFitnessPal.
The meat was tender and it was pretty good but yeah no serving size and not in the app. So that’s frustrating.
