  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • Add paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and flour to a gallon-sized resealable bag. Seal and shake to combine.
  • Add potatoes to the bag, seal and shake until fries are evenly coated in seasoning. Spread in an even layer on a prepared pan then spray generously with cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.

I had to improvise a bit because apparently Ive been lacking on stocking up on my seasonings. I didn’t have enough paprika so I had to use half smoked paprika and I didn’t have any cayenne pepper seasoning.. but they still turned out great! I feel like you get a good amount of fries too. Definitely will be making this again.
