**The digital copies can be downloaded in two different formats. The eReader format (.epub) needs to be opened in a reader app (ie Books, Freda, Google Play Books, etc) but it provides a much better reading and navigation experience. The PDF file is easier to open but it’s a much larger file size and isn’t as well formatted (especially on mobile devices.)

Hoping that another volume comes out soon! Some of our favorite recipes from this book are the flautas, beef bolognese, thai chicken pizza, monster cookie bites, lemon ricotta pancakes, and the banana foster french toast bake! I actually use this cookbook to plan and cook almost all my meals for me, my husband, and our 3-year-old!
