Existing lift with kim clients

Thank you for your interest in our Daily Lift with MFF program! If you already have an active program with Lift with Kim (LWK) and you’d like to sign up for our DL+MFF program please fill out the form below. We want to ensure that you get what you’ve paid for. So we will use the information below to look up your LWK account and see when your most recent payment was processed. You have 3 options to sign up:

1. You can select the “Extend my DL+MFF renewal” option in the form below and sign up for our DL+MFF program now. We will look up your new subscription to the our program and extend your renewal payment date by the amount of unused “credit” you have with LWK.

2. You can select the “Coupon code” option and wait to sign up. We will then send you a coupon code via email equal to any unused “credit” with LWK.

3. You can select the “Keep both programs” option below if you want to have access to both programs. Go ahead and sign up for the DL + MFF program now and we will leave both programs intact. If you choose to do this, you will see a monthly charge from LWK for your existing program and another charge from MFF for the new program.
