Garlic Parmesan Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 pound cauliflower florets
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Add broccoli and cauliflower to a large bowl or resealable gallon-sized bag. Drizzle olive oil on top and toss to coat. Add parmesan cheese, garlic salt, salt and pepper and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread broccoli and cauliflower in an even layer on prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
