Buffalo Chicken Pita Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Papa Pita Greek White Flatbread Pita
- 2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce divided
- 1/4 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
- 3 ounces cooked chicken diced
- 1/2 ounce red onion sliced
- 1 Tablespoon bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 Tablespoon green onion diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place pita in an oven-safe baking dish.
- Spread 1 Tablespoon buffalo sauce on pita.
- Top with shredded mozzarella
- Combine cooked chicken with remaining buffalo sauce and place on pizza.
- Top pizza with sliced red onion, bleu cheese crumbles and green onion.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
