Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine self rising flour and Greek yogurt until a thick dough forms (if too dry, add a few teaspoons of water at a time until dough is slightly sticky). Roll dough out onto a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (approximately 10”x14”) then place on prepared baking sheet; set aside.
Brush olive oil over the dough and top with minced garlic. Spread mozzarella, parmesan and diced chicken evenly over the top of the pizza and bake for 20 minutes.
While pizza cooks, whisk together parmesan, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dijon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl. Add chopped romaine and toss to evenly coat.
When pizza is done baking, top with prepared Caesar salad and serve.
