Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

  • Pizza:
  • 1 3/4 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound cooked chicken diced
  • Caesar Salad Topping:
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 10 ounces chopped romaine


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine self rising flour and Greek yogurt until a thick dough forms (if too dry, add a few teaspoons of water at a time until dough is slightly sticky). Roll dough out onto a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (approximately 10”x14”) then place on prepared baking sheet; set aside.
  • Brush olive oil over the dough and top with minced garlic. Spread mozzarella, parmesan and diced chicken evenly over the top of the pizza and bake for 20 minutes.
  • While pizza cooks, whisk together parmesan, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dijon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl. Add chopped romaine and toss to evenly coat.
  • When pizza is done baking, top with prepared Caesar salad and serve.
