Garden Salad

- 5 ounces spring salad mix
- 5 ounces cucumber sliced
- 2 ounces red onion sliced
- 3 ounces matchstick carrots
- 3 ounces cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 ounces reduced-fat feta cheese
- Preferred salad dressing not included in nutrition information
Place an empty bowl on a scale, and turn scale on to zero out.
Add spring salad mix, cucumber, red onion, carrots, tomatoes and feta.
Toss and refrigerate until serving.
Serve with salad dressing of your choice.
