Breakfast Pita Pizza

- 1 Tablespoon red bell pepper diced
- 1 Tablespoon green bell pepper diced
- 1 Tablespoon yellow onion diced
- 1 ounce cooked ham diced
- 4 egg whites
- 1 Papa Pita White Greek Pita Flat Bread
- 1 Laughing Cow Creamy Light Cheese Wedge
- 1 Tablespoon shredded Mexican blend cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a skillet over medium-high heat with nonstick cooking spray and sauté peppers, onion and ham until vegetables are tender.
Add egg whites and gently stir until cooked through; set aside.
Place pita in an oven-safe baking dish and spread cheese wedge on top.
Top pita with egg mixture and shredded cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
1 pizza = approx. 9.3 ounces
