Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed banana, eggs, sweetener and applesauce.
Add flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir until combined.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into slices and serve.
