Hershey’s Sugar Cookie Kisses
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, cream butter until smooth.
Add applesauce, 1/2 cup sugar, stevia, eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
Add flour protein powder and salt and mix until combined.
Refrigerate cookie dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Roll chilled dough into 1-inch balls and roll in remaining 1/4 cup sugar then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use a glass to flatten cookies to 1/2-inch thick.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Remove from oven and place a Hershey's Kiss on top of each cookie.
Return to the oven for 1 more minute.
Remove from oven and spread each Hershey's Kiss in an even layer on top of each cookie.
Let set up before serving.
