Buffalo Chicken Pita Pizza

- 1 Papa Pita Greek White Flatbread Pita
- 2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce divided
- 1/4 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
- 3 ounces cooked chicken diced
- 1/2 ounce red onion sliced
- 1 Tablespoon bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 Tablespoon green onion diced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place pita in an oven-safe baking dish.
Spread 1 Tablespoon buffalo sauce on pita.
Top with shredded mozzarella
Combine cooked chicken with remaining buffalo sauce and place on pizza.
Top pizza with sliced red onion, bleu cheese crumbles and green onion.
Bake for 10 minutes.
