- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
