  • 1 16 ounce pkg. uncooked medium pasta shells
  • 1 1/2 pounds 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced baby Bella mushrooms
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups low-fat 1% milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13- inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  • Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine. Spread shell mixture into prepared pan and set aside.

  • Remove from heat and stir in cheese until smooth. Pour cheese sauce over shells and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
