Bacon Dijon Green Salad

Salad:
- 9 ounces romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 ounce red onion thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons 50% less sugar dried cranberries
- 1 Tablespoon roasted no-salt sunflower seeds
- 1/2 ounce cooked bacon crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing:
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
Combine all salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until well combined.
Pour dressing over salad and toss before serving.
