Bacon Dijon Green Salad

Ingredients

Salad:

  • 9 ounces romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 ounce red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons 50% less sugar dried cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon roasted no-salt sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 ounce cooked bacon crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss before serving.
