Chicken Bacon Artichoke Pita Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Papa Pita White Greek Flatbread Pita
  • 1 Laughing Cow Creamy Aged Bacon Wedge
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella
  • 3 ounces cooked chicken diced
  • 1 slice fully cooked bacon diced
  • 4 artichoke hearts diced
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place pita in an oven safe baking dish and spread cheese wedge on top.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella, chicken, bacon, artichoke hearts and diced tomato.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
