Buffalo Chicken Pita Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Papa Pita Greek White Flatbread Pita
  • 2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce divided
  • 1/4 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
  • 3 ounces cooked chicken diced
  • 1/2 ounce red onion sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1 Tablespoon green onion diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place pita in an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Spread 1 Tablespoon buffalo sauce on pita.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella
  • Combine cooked chicken with remaining buffalo sauce and place on pizza.
  • Top pizza with sliced red onion, bleu cheese crumbles and green onion.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
