Spread a teaspoon of dressing on the inside of each slice of bread.
Place a 1 ounce slice of Swiss cheese on top of 6 slices of bread, then top with 3 ounces of turkey, 1 Tablespoon sauerkraut and place another slice of bread on top.
Place sandwiches on a preheated panini press or griddle for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Flip halfway through if using a griddle.
Serve with additional dressing on the side, if desired (not included in nutrition info).
