Turkey Reuben Panini

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Fat-Free Thousand Island Dressing
  • 12 slices 21 Whole Grain Dave’s Killer Bread
  • 6 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 6 Tablespoons sauerkraut
  • 1 pound + 2 ounces sliced deli turkey

Instructions

  • Spread a teaspoon of dressing on the inside of each slice of bread.
  • Place a 1 ounce slice of Swiss cheese on top of 6 slices of bread, then top with 3 ounces of turkey, 1 Tablespoon sauerkraut and place another slice of bread on top.
  • Place sandwiches on a preheated panini press or griddle for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Flip halfway through if using a griddle.
  • Serve with additional dressing on the side, if desired (not included in nutrition info).
