Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine applesauce, 1/2 cup Truvia, egg, and molasses.
Add protein powder, Kodiak Cakes, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt; mix until combined.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in remaining 1/4 cup Truvia and place two inches apart on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until set and lightly golden brown on the edges.
