Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup Truvia Cane Sugar Blend divided
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 (25 gram) scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 3 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes Mix
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine applesauce, 1/2 cup Truvia, egg, and molasses.
  • Add protein powder, Kodiak Cakes, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt; mix until combined.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in remaining 1/4 cup Truvia and place two inches apart on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until set and lightly golden brown on the edges.
