Ingredients

  • 4 cups iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Kraft Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Add lettuce to a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix in artichoke hearts, banana peppers, onion and parmesan cheese.
  • Toss in Italian dressing right before serving.
