Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Combine all meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Roll into meatballs 1-inch in size (forming 36 meatballs). Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
While meatballs are cooking, whisk together sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened; remove from heat.
When meatballs have finished cooking, transfer meatballs to a mixing bowl, pour sauce on top and toss gently to coat before serving.
