Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine Kodiak Cakes, protein powder, collagen, crushed cookies, and Truvia.
Mix in milk, cookie butter, salt, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Using a 2 Tablespoon cookie scoop or rolling by hand, place dough on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until set.
