Monster Cookie Protein Bites

- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Reduced-Fat JIF Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-fat 1% milk
- 3 (25 gram) scoops whey vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini m&ms
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or using a stand mixer.
Use a 1 Tablespoon cookie scoop or roll into 25 balls (1.2 ounces each)
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
