Preheat a grilled or skillet to medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Pour batter 1/4 cup at a time onto griddle or skillet and cook until bubbles appear in the center of the pancake, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Glaze:
Whisk together all glaze ingredients and serve over pancakes, if desired.
