Roasted Cauliflower

  • 2 pounds cauliflower florets
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place cauliflower in a gallon-sized resealable bag and pour olive oil over the top. Seal bag and shake to coat evenly.
  • In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper then pour over cauliflower. Seal bag and shake again to coat cauliflower evenly.
  • Spread cauliflower in an even layer on prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
