  • 1 Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese Wedge
  • 1 Tablespoon fat-free thousand island dressing
  • 2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread Thin Sliced Whole Grain Bread
  • 4 ounces oven roasted beef pastrami
  • 2 Tablespoons organic sauerkraut


  • Spread cheese wedge and dressing on the inside of each slice of bread.
  • Top one slice of bread with pastrami, sauerkraut and remaining slice of bread.
  • Place sandwich on a panini press or griddle for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip halfway through cooking if using a griddle.
