Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (25 gram) scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Toppings not included in nutrition information.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6-8 hours).
  • When ready to eat, top with fruit, honey, etc.
