Ingredients

  • 4 12.5 ounce cans canned premium chicken breast
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup canned corn drained
  • 1/2 cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup green onion diced
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Store in the refrigerator before serving or in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
