Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh pineapple diced
  • 4 ounces red bell pepper diced
  • 2 ounces red onion diced
  • 1 ounce jalapeño pepper seeded and diced
  • 3 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 Tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Cover and store in refrigerator before serving.
