Ingredients

  • 4 (12.5 ounce) cans premium chunk chicken breast drained
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/4 cup green onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Serve with crackers, on a tortilla or sandwich thin, etc. not included in nutrition info

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Store in the refrigerator before serving or in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
